This results in so-called “Combined Equipment,” which must meet a combination of wireless requirements and classical EMC requirements. In the EU, these requirements are exemplified by the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU as a higher-level directive. Therefore, the RED Directive forms the basis for the conformity assessment of your product. Similar requirements exist internationally with comparable normative requirements (e.g., USA – FCC Part 15 C/D).

     Onsite Measurements are nothing more than mobile EMC testing. In principle, it is always possible to measure a test sample outside of a laboratory.
